The principal market for the Company’s products is the North American automotive industry. Its Madison Heights, Michigan facility is used entirely in the fastener segment. Its Albia, Iowa facility is used exclusively in the assembly equipment segment. Its Tyrone and Pennsylvania facilities are utilized in both segments.
