The ChargePoint cloud subscription platform and software-defined charging hardware are designed to include options for every charging scenario from home and multifamily to workplace, parking, hospitality, retail and transport fleets of all types. Its hardware, software, and services are designed to scale alongside the EV ecosystem, serving the needs of three core customer groups: Charge Point Operators (CPOs), e-Mobility Service Providers, and EV drivers. Its portfolio includes Networked Charging System Portfolio, Advanced ChargePoint Platform, ChargePoint CMS Service, ChargePoint eMSP Service, ChargePoint Mobile App and ChargePoint Services and Support Portfolio.
