Its Retail segment portfolio consists of approximately 109 million square feet over 107 malls and urban retail properties across the United States. Its LP Investments portfolio includes its equity invested in Brookfield-sponsored real estate opportunity funds, which targets assets with operational upside across various real estate sectors, including office, retail, multifamily, logistics, hospitality, mixed-use, and other alternative real estate.
