It operates as a platform for serving the commercial aviation aftermarket sector. It serves airlines operating jets manufactured by Boeing, Airbus and McDonnell Douglas and is engaged in providing integrated aftermarket services and products designed to help aircraft owners and operators to realize savings in the operation, maintenance and monetization of their aircraft, engines, and components. Its Asset Management Solutions segment consists of activities to extract value from strategic asset acquisitions through leasing, trading, or disassembling for product sales. Its TechOps segment consists of MRO activities and product sales of internally developed engineered solutions and other serviceable products.
