It holds a 15.9% average working interest, subject to a proportionate 10% back-in after payout, in an over 360 gross acre block in Yoakum County, Texas. Its sole property in Louisiana consists of a 23.4% mineral interest in 2,485 gross acres in East Baton Rouge Parish.
