The Company’s principal insurance subsidiaries are American Southern Insurance Company and American Safety Insurance Company (American Southern) within the property and casualty insurance industry and Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Company, Bankers Fidelity Assurance Company and Atlantic Capital Life Assurance Company (Bankers Fidelity) within the life and health insurance industry. American Southern's primary product lines include commercial automobile insurance, general liability insurance, and surety bonds. Bankers Fidelity comprises the life and health operations of the Company and offers a variety of life and supplemental health products. Products offered by Bankers Fidelity include ordinary life insurance, Medicare supplements and other accident and health insurance products.
