香港证监会叶志衡：有公司称拟申请稳定币牌照则股价上升，投资者需警惕诈骗风险增加
金色财经报道，香港证监会中介机构部执行董事叶志衡在接受无线节目《讲清讲楚》时表示，留意到近期《稳定币条例》生效后，有些公司声称申请牌照，或打算申请牌照，其公司股价则上升。他指出投资者反应炽热，呼吁投资者需守「理智线」，证监会担心其诈骗风险增加。 叶志衡表示，今年上半年有 265 宗虚拟资产交易的投诉，主要涉及境外投资者的境外投资，并称有金钱损失，原因包括遇上诈骗、平台被入侵盗走资产、赢钱时平台不认数，或是交易方被指洗黑钱，资金突然被冻结。他指出，当投资者交易虚拟资产、但不是使用持牌平台时，形容投资者实则是冒险、玩「俄罗斯轮盘」。另外，他提到，证监会称仍在调查 JPEX 诈骗案。金色财经
