美联储终止针对加密货币与分布式账本技术的监管项目
金色财经报道，周五，美国联邦储备委员会（简称 “美联储”）关闭了其于 2023 年设立的 “新型业务活动” 监管项目。该项目推出时，监管机构曾表示，其目的是 “确保与创新相关的风险得到妥善应对”。该项目主要适用于分布式账本技术（DLT）、加密资产、为加密货币领域提供支持的银行，以及银行与非银行机构之间由复杂技术驱动的合作关系。 美联储表示，目前其对相关风险已有更充分的了解，因此这些业务活动可纳入常规监管流程。今年 4 月，美联储还撤销了多份针对加密货币与分布式账本技术的监管信函，其中包括一份要求相关业务活动启动前需获得 “不反对函” 的信函。 该项目的限制性监管方式对区块链银行业务计划产生了实际影响。向美国联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）提交的信息自由请求显示，该项目阻碍了 “美国社区银行间支付联盟（USDF Consortium）” 的启动 —— 该联盟旨在推动社区银行间的同业支付，最终因受阻而放弃了这一计划。而抱有此类（推动区块链同业支付）目标的并非只有该联盟一家。金色财经
