ETF发行方F/m寻求美国SEC批准，成为ETF股票代币化发行方
金色财经报道，F/m Investments正在寻求美国证券交易委员会（SEC）批准，将其美国国债3个月期ETF（TBIL）股票进行代币化，并在许可区块链账本上记录所有权。该公司为管理规模约180亿美元的ETF发行方。 F/m Investments表示，其认为这是首次就注册投资公司股票代币化向SEC申请相关豁免。若获批准，TBIL现有ETF股票将在许可账本上以相同的CUSIP、权利、费用、投票权和经济条款进行表示，与当前ETF股票保持一致。 公司强调，代币化股票仍将纳入《1940年投资公司法》监管框架，并承诺提供董事会监督、每日透明披露以及第三方托管与审计。 目前，立法者、监管机构以及华尔街和加密行业高管均对上市证券代币化表现出浓厚兴趣，但SEC具体监管路径仍有待明确。本周，纽约证券交易所表示，正在开发用于代币化美股和ETF交易及链上结算的平台，相关计划仍需获得监管批准。金色财经
