A group of Italian and foreign investors holding about 20% of the digital services company Tinexta has written to the firm and to market watchdog Consob challenging the valuation and terms of a €15‑per‑share takeover bid launched by Advent International, Nextalia SGR and Tecno Holding, Italian newspapers reported on Tuesday.

The Italian soccer club said on Monday it swung to a 2.5 million euro ($2.95 million) net loss in the first half of its fiscal year, compared with a 16.9 million euro profit a year earlier, as broadcasting and ticketing revenue softened.

The Italian rocket maker said on Monday that its U.S. unit would locate a new solid‑rocket‑motor plant in Virginia to serve defence, tactical propulsion, missile systems and commercial space markets. The company will benefit from an incentive package of up to 97.7 million dollars from the state of Virginia, tied to an investment exceeding 500 million dollars and the creation of over 1,000 jobs.
