The benchmark BSE Sensex .BSESN was 0.3% higher at 83,510 and the broader NSE Nifty 50 .NSEI was up 0.2% to 25,735, led by IT stocks after the country's No. 2 software services exporter Infosys said it will collaborate with Anthropic to develop enterprise AI solutions for its clients. .BO

RUPEE:

The Indian rupee INR=IN declined 0.1% versus the U.S. dollar to 90.76, weighed down by corporate hedging demand while likely intervention by the Reserve Bank of India limited the fall. INR/

GOVERNMENT BONDS:

The benchmark 10-year bond IN064835G=CC was quoted at 98.74 rupees, with the yield a tad down at 6.6578% with traders eyeing state debt auction result. IN/

OVERNIGHT INDEX SWAPS:

The one-year overnight index swap rate INR1YMIBROIS=CC was flat at 5.49%, while the five-year swap rate INR5YMIBROIS=CC rose slightly to 6.03%.

CALL MONEY:

India's overnight call money rate INROND= was at 5.15%, and the overnight TREPS rate INTREPTOT=TCCL was at 4.87%.
