* NEXT: British fashion retailer Next NXT.L reported a 13.8% rise in first half profit and stuck to its full year profit forecast but said it remained cautious about second half trading, expecting UK sales growth to slow.
* DOMINO'S PIZZA: Britain's Domino's Pizza Group DOM.L named Andrew Andrea as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Edward Jamieson.
* M&C SAATCHI: British advertising group M&C Saatchi SAA.L expects its like-for-like sales to drop this year, citing a softer second quarter as clients deferred spending amid an uncertain macroeconomic backdrop, particularly in Australia.
* CAPRICORN: Oil producer Capricorn Energy CNE.L posted a first-half pretax loss from continuing operations, dragged by hurdles in its main market Egypt.
* BLOOMSBURY: Britain's Bloomsbury Publishing BLPU.L appointed Keith Underwood as chief financial and operating officer, replacing finance director Penny Scott-Bayfield.
