** Company reports Q2 adjusted profit of $1.26/share vs est of $1.18/share — data compiled by LSEG

** OXM posts Q2 net sales of $403 million, compared with $420 million a year ago

** Company reaffirms fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings range of $2.80 to $3.20 per share

** OXM’s annual EPS forecast reflects a net tariff impact of about $25 million to $35 million

** "We have moved quickly to diversify our sourcing as well as to pull some inventory receipts forward and calibrate pricing with care to help partially offset the impact on product costs from the incremental tariffs and evolving trade environment that has emerged this year," said CEO Tom Chubb
