Shares of Tesla TSLA.O rise 2.7% to $308.83

TSLA reports Q2 deliveries of 384,122 vehicles, down 13.5% and compared with estimates of 394,378 vehicles - Visible Alpha

Still, TSLA shares up as deliveries not as bad as potentially thought with multiple analysts cutting their forecasts over the past week, says Morningstar analyst Seth Goldstein

Company delivered 373,728 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles in Q2, and 10,394 units of other models

"With deliveries showing small growth in China in June, the market is now focusing more on robotaxi than the traditional auto sales business" - Goldstein

Tesla last month rolled out a robotaxi service in limited parts of Austin, Texas

Up to last close, stock had fallen 25.5% so far this year
