UBS ANNOUNCES ITS INTENTION TO REDEEM TOTAL OUTSTANDING $1,500,000,000 6.373% FIXED RATE/FLOATING RATE SENIOR CALLABLE NOTES DUE 2026
LAST TRADING DAY OF SENIOR NOTES WILL BE 11 JULY 2025.
ALSO, UBS INTENDS TO REDEEM TOTAL OUTSTANDING USD 1,575,000,000 6.875% TIER 1 CAPITAL NOTES
LAST TRADING DAY OF TIER 1 NOTES WILL BE 5 AUGUST 2025
