New CEO Antonio Filosa will retain his role as head of the key North American market, the automaker said on Monday in announcing a new leadership team. Jean-Philippe Imparato was confirmed as Europe head and CFO Doug Ostermann was given responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in the new team that takes charge from Monday.

UNICREDIT CRDI.MI

Italy's second-biggest bank said on Friday it had brought its Italian life insurance business in house and will apply for capital relief measures known as the 'Danish compromise' for banks that own insurers.

UniCredit's full takeover bid on Banco BPM BAMI.MI shares resumes after suspension; ends on July 31.

BPER EMII.MI, BANCA POP SONDRIO BPSI.MI

Shareholders in Banca Pop Sondrio representing an overall stake of 0.06% had tendered their shares to BPER's bid at the end of the first week of the acceptance period, Borsa Italiana said on Friday.

ENI ENI.MI

The state-controlled energy group's CEO Claudio Descalzi told the Financial Times on Sunday he did not know how much longer he would remain in his job. "We are in a volatile situation, and it is not easy to change [leader] very often. But clearly a CEO cannot remain forever," he said.

(*) The company said on Monday it had signed a deal with Ares Management Alternative Credit funds ARES.N worth around 2 billion euros ($2.30 billion) for the sale of a 20% stake in its retail and renewable unit Plenitude.

FMR funds are the biggest shareholders in the Italian betting company with a 9.99% stake, Il Messaggero reported on Sunday, citing the latest update on Lottomatica's website.

FOS Holding SpA starts full takeover bid on FOS ordinary shares; ends on July 11.

LA SIA LASIA.MI-MARE ENGINEERING GROUP MARE.MI

Mare Engineering Group starts full mandatory takeover bid on LA SIA ordinary shares, ends on July 11.

FTSE MIB share index revision effective as of Monday.

PRADA 1913.HK

Gianfranco D'Attis, the chief executive of the Italian luxury group brand, will leave the company at the end of June, Prada said on Sunday, confirming earlier reports from fashion trade publication WWD. His role will be taken on an interim basis by Group CEO Andrea Guerra.

Rome, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni addresses Chamber of Deputies ahead of European Council meeting (1300 GMT).

Milan, Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti takes part in AmCham Italy annual assembly (0900 GMT).
