TMC jumps on $85 mln investment from Korea Zinc

** Shares of deep-sea mining firm TMC the metals company TMC.O up almost 21% at $5.24
** Says Korea Zinc will invest $85.2 million in the company, giving the South Korean refiner a 5% stake in TMC including warrants to buy more shares
** Korea Zinc will buy 19.6 million shares at $4.34 each and receive a three-year warrant to purchase 6.9 million shares at $7 per share
** Deal expected to close on June 26
** TMC shares up 348.3% YTD
