US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St opens higher as oil prices ease, Fed meeting in focus
June 16 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes opened higher on Monday as easing oil prices supported sentiment despite ongoing attacks between Israel and Iran, while investors focused on the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI rose 102.3 points, or 0.24%, at the open to 42,300.13. The S&P 500 .SPX rose 27.0 points, or 0.45%, at the open to 6,004, while the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC rose 143.9 points, or 0.74%, to 19,550.749 at the opening bell.
