WASHINGTON, May 28 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday it will require two software companies —Synopsys SNPS.O and Ansys ANSS.O— to divest certain assets to resolve antitrust concerns surrounding their $35 billion merger.
