URC says FMC will retain right to repurchase 0.5% of offer within six months of pre-feasibility study, adding this right will expire seven years after issuance

Shares also rise after U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday signed executive orders seeking to jumpstart nuclear industry

Transaction is expected to close by end of May 2025
