Stock recently indicated to open between $18-$20 vs $16 IPO price
MNTN and some existing investors sold 11.7 million shares at the top end of the marketed range of $14 to $16 to raise $187.2 million
Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Evercore ISI were the lead book-running managers for the offering
Asset management giant BlackRock BLK.N had indicated on buying up to $30 million worth of MNTN stock in the offering
