GlobalData gets takeover proposals from funds managed by ICG, KKR

April 30 (Reuters) - Data platform Globaldata DATA.L said on Wednesday it had received a preliminary takeover proposal in cash each from funds managed by private equity groups ICG and KKR KKR.N, sending its shares up more than 30%.
The company said it was in discussion with both parties, adding that ICG and KKR had until May 28 to announce a firm intention to make an offer or walk away.
