Carim Khouzami, president and CEO of EXC's subsidiary Baltimore Gas and Electric, is set to assume executive vice president position for transmission and development at Exelon
Tamla Olivier, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Exelon operating company Pepco Holdings, to be the president and CEO of BGE
Khouzami and Olivier's new roles will be effective May 1
EXC says Olivier's successor as CEO at Pepco Holdings will be named in the coming weeks
Including session's move, stock up 23.5% YTD
