Home loan service provider Mr Cooper's COOP.O shares rise 26.6% to $132.03 premarket
Mortgage lender Rocket Companies RKT.N says it will buy Mr Cooper Group COOP.O in an all-stock transaction valued at $9.4 billion
Under the deal, COOP shareholders will get 11 RKT shares per COOP common stock, at a $143.33 offer price — a 36.6% premium on Mr Cooper's last close
Earlier this month, RKT said it would buy real estate listing platform Redfin RDFN.O in an all-stock deal valued at $1.75 billion
As of last close, COOP stock up 8.8% YTD
