ReutersMar 11, 2025 9:03 PM

Shares of law enforcement safety equipment maker Cadre Holdings CDRE.N fall 4.5% to $32 after the bell

For the full year 2025, Cadre expects net sales to range between $572 and $601 mln, compared with LSEG estimates of $620.9 mln

Company says forecast does not include any impact from the recently announced or implemented U.S. tariffs

Cadre, however, beat quarterly net sales estimates, citing higher demand for armor, duty gear products and hard goods, as well as benefiting from recent acquisitions

Company's Q4 net sales rose over 41% from a year earlier to about $176 mln, beating analysts' estimates of $170.9 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

Q4 net income of about $13 mln, or 32 cents per diluted share, rose from $9.6 mln, or 25 cents per diluted share a year ago

As of Tuesday's close, stock up 3.8% YTD
