Adds new items, updates futures

- Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening up on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.48%.

SENIOR: British engineering firm Senior Plc SNR.L said that it was in advanced negotiations with a small number of interested parties for the sale of its aerostructures business , which the company also expects to turn profit-making this year.

SAINSBURY'S: British supermarket chain Sainsbury's SBRY.L said that NewDay Group had gained beneficial title, or the right to benefit from a property, to its Argos Financial Services cards portfolio.

WAYVE: British startup Wayve will establish a new testing and development hub in Germany, deploying a fleet of test vehicles in the Stuttgart region, the self-driving technology firm said.

DEFENCE: Britain said on Friday it would launch an innovation hub to work with defence firms and speed up the delivery of military technologies.

*SHELL: Shell SHEL.L is considering a potential sale of its chemicals assets in Europe and the U.S,, WSJ reported on Sunday, citing sources.
