Bloomberg News reports that Cemex is gauging interest, with potential buyers considered to be Holcim HOLN.S and Cementos Molins CMTM.SCT

"The company has been in the process of rebalancing its portfolio in recent years, and that generates various rumors," Cemex tells Reuters in a written statement
Cemex has already sold off a number of non-core businesses, including in the Philippines, Dominican Republic and Guatemala, to shift focus toward the U.S.
