** Apparel retailer Urban Outfitters' URBN.O shares rise ~3% to $58.70 premarket
** Co posts an increase of 10% in net sales for the two months ended Dec. 31, 2024 vs the same period a year ago
** Says that in the two months, retail segment net sales rose 7%
** Co's rental service Nuuly's net sales increased 55%, driven by a 53% y-o-y increase in average active subscribers, and wholesale segment net sales increased 29%, driven by higher sales to specialty customers and department stores
** URBN rose ~54% in 2024
