Rubio says Venezuela will ultimately need transition phase, free and fair elections

WASHINGTON, March 31 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday there will ultimately have to be a transition phase in Venezuela and the country will need free and fair elections.

In an interview to Fox News Channel's "Hannity" show, Rubio also said that Cuba needed economic and political reforms and that Washington will soon have more news in relation to that country.
