FRANKFURT, March 27 (Reuters) - German regulator BaFin said on Friday that it has imposed a fine of 1.65 million euros ($1.9 million) on British bank Barclays BARC.L for failing to disclose changes to voting rights in an unnamed company on time.
There were 26 such breaches between June 2022 and March 2023, the financial regulator said in a statement. It declined to name the company in which the shares were traded.
