Cuba says political system not negotiable in talks with United States

HAVANA, March 20 (Reuters) - Cuba`s vice foreign minister said on Friday that Cuba`s political system was not negotiable in talks with the United States.

Vice Foreign Minister Carlos Fernandez de Cossio also said that President Miguel Diaz-Canel`s position in Cuba`s government was also "categorically" not up for negotiation.
