PARIS, March 5 (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron spoke with the Prime Ministers of Italy and Greece and agreed with them to work together to guarantee freedom of navigation in the Red Sea and to coordinate on sending military resources to Cyprus, a source close to the French president said on Thursday.
