Iraqi minister says Turkey has agreed to take back citizens in 'terrorism' cases

Feb 23 (Reuters) - Iraq's foreign minister said on Monday Turkey had agreed to take back from Iraq Turkish citizens involved in "terrorism" cases.
The United States has completed the transfer of Islamic State detainees from Syria to Iraq, and Baghdad has started talks with other countries on the repatriation of their nationals.
