Johnson Matthey agrees to reduced $1.8 billion sale of catalyst division to Honeywell

Feb 23 (Reuters) - UK chemicals company Johnson Matthey JMAT.L agreed to sell its catalyst technologies business to Honeywell HON.O for a reduced price of 1.33 billion pounds ($1.80 billion) on Monday, down from the previously agreed value of 1.8 billion pound.
($1 = 0.7393 pounds)
