
NEW YORK, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Striking nurses in New York City voted to ratify a new contract on Saturday, ending what the nurses' labor union called the largest work stoppage for nurses in city history after 41 days, the union said in a statement.
Nurses at NewYork-Presbyterian voted to ratify a new three-year contract, the statement said
Some 93% voted yes and 7% voted to reject the contract, the union said.
Nurses will begin returning to work next week, according to the statement.
