BUDAPEST, Feb 16 (Reuters) - What happens in Hungary after an April parliamentary election is up to voters to determine, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said after meeting Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban who faces the possibility of losing power after 16 years.
