Rubio says US testing whether Russia serious about ending Ukraine war

MUNICH, Feb 14 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday the United States would continue to push for a peace agreement in Ukraine but would have to see whether Russia really wanted to bring the fighting to an end.
"We don't know that the Russians are serious about ending the war. They say they are," Rubio said at the Munich Security Conference. "We're going to continue to test it."
