SEOUL, Sept 24 (Reuters) - South Korea expects progress regarding U.S. tariffs and other issues at a potential summit with the U.S. during an Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting in October, Newsis reported on Wednesday citing top security adviser Wi Sung-rac.
