Trump says Uzbekistan Airways to buy up to 22 Boeing 787 Dreamliners for over $8 billion
WASHINGTON, Sept 22 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday Uzbekistan Airways signed a deal with Boeing BA.N for over $8 billion in which Uzbekistan Airways plans to acquire up to 22 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
Trump said on Truth Social he spoke to Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev earlier this month. Boeing separately issued a statement on the order on Monday.
