CNX Resources announces CEO's retirement, names CFO Alan Shepard as successor
Sept 22 (Reuters) - Natural gas producer CNX Resources CNX.N on Monday announced the retirement of CEO Nicholas Deiuliis, effective December 31, and named CFO Alan Shepard as his successor.
Shepard, who will take up the role starting January 1, 2026, joined the company in 2020 and has served as its CFO since June 2022. He was also appointed CNX's president in June this year.
Shepard was involved in developing and implementing the company's seven-year plan. He also led the recent $505 million acquisition of Apex Energy.
Deiuliis, who has served as CNX's CEO since 2014, expressed his intentions to retire from the company on September 17.
