WILL DISTRIBUTE TO ITS SHAREHOLDERS BETWEEN 50% AND 100% OF FREE CASH FLOW GENERATED IN GIVEN FINANCIAL YEAR
CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION CAN BE IMPLEMENTED THROUGH VARIOUS CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION MECHANISMS, INCLUDING SHARE BUYBACKS
POLICY WILL APPLY FROM DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FOR 2025 FINANCIAL YEAR
