Continental's subsidiary Aumovio debuts on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
FRANKFURT, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Auto supplier Aumovio AMV0n.DE, spun off from Continental CONG.DE, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the first time on Thursday with a price of 35 euros per share.
Continental shareholders automatically receive an additional Aumovio share in their portfolio for every two shares they hold.
The carved-out automotive division marks the first listing in the Prime Standard this year in Germany.
Since it is a spin-off, the company will not receive any fresh money from the stock market listing.
