Zelenskiy says many details on paper on Ukraine's security guarantees
KYIV, Sept 12 (Reuters) - President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday that many details on Ukraine's security guarantees were already on paper, adding that foreign troops on the ground would signal political support for Kyiv.
U.S. special envoy Keith Kellogg and national security advisers from Britain, Germany, France, and Italy are in Kyiv, Ukrainian officials said.
