Fed's Waller says 'no set sequence' on coming rate cuts
Aug 28 (Reuters) - Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller on Thursday said there is "no set sequence" to the rate cuts he expects the U.S. central bank will deliver in coming months, starting next month.
"The data will kind of determine how fast we go: it could be a sequence of cuts; it may be a couple, then you may want to pause," Waller said at the Economic Club of Miami.
"We know we want to head towards neutral; it's just a question how fast we get there."
