MOSCOW, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko spoke by phone with U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday, Belarusian state agency Belta reported, hours before the scheduled start of Trump's summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska.
