Putin's envoy: Russia-U.S. dialogue will continue despite attempts to derail it

MOSCOW, July 14 (Reuters) - Constructive dialogue between Russia and the United States will continue despite attempts to derail it, President Vladimir Putin's investment envoy Kirill Dmitriev said on Monday.
His comments on Telegram messaging app were posted hours before U.S. President Donald Trump, who expressed frustration with Putin over Russia-Ukraine conflict, is due to make a "major statement" on Russia.
