CBIZ promotes Consoli to president of P&C insurance division

July 8 - (The Insurer) - U.S. professional services advisor CBIZ has named Tony Consoli as president of CBIZ Insurance Services, the company's property and casualty insurance broking division.

Consoli will begin his role from July 1. He is succeeding Mike Gill, who had a 13-year-long tenure and will now assume an advisory role in the company.

In his role, Consoli will be responsible for the property and casualty insurance division and oversee the business development and client service across sectors nationwide.

Consoli, who has spent more than 30 years in the property and casualty insurance industry, joined CBIZ in 2011. Prior to that, he has also been the senior vice president at Marsh.

The company had appointed Brad Lakhia as its next senior vice president and CFO in December 2024, succeeding Ware Grove who was retiring after 24 years in the role.
