WTW appoints Finkelstein to ICT unit

July 7 - (The Insurer) - WTW named Gary Finkelstein as senior director to its insurance consulting and technology (ICT) business in an announcement on Monday.

Finkelstein will be based in London and expand its capital advisory business to (re)insurers and private equity players in the sector.

Finkelstein, who has over 30 years of experience in UK and international life insurance and reinsurance, was previously the interim head of corporate transactions risk and group head of structured finance at Phoenix.

His appointment follows the recent hires of Ryan Pischke as growth leader for Michigan and Ohio within WTW's corporate risk and broking segment in North America and Farah Ismail as senior director, head of commercial lines within its insurance consulting and technology business in North America.
