Russia's investigative committee says that Starovoit is presumed to have killed himself

MOSCOW, July 7 (Reuters) - Russian former Transport Minister Roman Starovoit is presumed to have killed himself, Russia's investigative committee said on Monday.
"Today, the body of the former Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Roman Starovoit, was found with a gunshot wound in his personal car," the statement issued by the committee says.
