Axa UK and Ireland names Henri de la Serve as CFO

July 7 - (The Insurer) - Axa UK and Ireland has appointed Henri de la Serve as its new chief financial officer, the insurer said on Monday.
De la Serve, who is currently CFO of Axa Spain, will begin the role on September 1. He will join the UK and Ireland management committee and report to CEO Tara Foley.
Roland Moquet, who has held the role for the past five years, will now become CFO for Axa's operations in Belgium.
De la Serve has worked for Axa for 13 years, holding senior finance roles across Europe and Asia. He previously worked at Crédit Agricole.
His appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
